The 75-Day Challenge: Your Daily Plan

The practice is simple to learn but deeply rewarding to master. Here’s your plan.

Find a hill, a treadmill on high incline, or even a parking garage ramp. The goal is a challenging but manageable slope.

🌬️ Step 2: Breathe with Rhythm

Use the two-part breath: Inhale into your belly (left step), then chest (right step). Exhale from your chest (left step), then belly (right step).
